Paid for xbox live membership via credit card and havent received the membership

As @denis97g mentioned, I would talk to support on the the billing side. Maybe the CC info was wrong/typo, never know..

It could take up to 24 hours, trying restarting your console and if that doesn't work go online to your Microsoft account and click on subscription & Services. You should be able to see all information about your Xbox Live membership there and contact
Customer Support from there.
