Paid for v bucks on fortnite but never received them

That’s great to know and in regards to your second purchase, is it already 24 hours when you made the transaction? If no, we need to wait within 24 hours for it to be added and if after 24 hours it’s not yet there you may need to reach out to the game support which is Epic Games so they can check your in-game account.

So that halfway worked. I purchased it twice so I should have 2000 v bucks but I only have 1000. I checked my purchase history and both purchases say complete and my bank account was charged for both purchases. So what do I need to do to get the rest?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If the purchase is showing as “completed” via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders it should now show up on your in-game account, it not yet added for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
