I paid for the MW3 Vault Add-on for £30 and it’s not showing in game. All content is installed, the Xbox has been reset, game has been updated and reinstalled, when I go into the game it’s still asking me to purchase Vault. Nothing is unlocked. I’ve tried everything, I feel like I’ve just wasted £30. One thing which might be relevant. It’s a digital game purchased by my dad on his account. I use the same Xbox on my account where I have access to the game. We both separately purchased the £30 add on. His is working on his account, but mine isn’t. When I go onto the store it’s showing as “you own this” on the game

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, if it still asks you to buy it it is because possibly the purchase was not made correctly, since you say that it worked for your father. For this type of case I suggest you request a REFUND there is a form , which is the following:

There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

First.you need to be the owner of the digital base game.NOT a gameshare to upgrade THIs is regardless of game or platform

Thats how digital upgrade for any game including resident evil final fantasy especially cod games works it only works for the digital owner of the game not shares because it's account specific

Is it the 100 version vault edition or the 30 dollar vault upgrade edition

If 30 you need to buy the base games. That is meant for existing digiral cod mw3 users

And no disks can't use it you must buy the digiral base game

I got the vault edition upgrade from cross-gen for 30 dollar 3 day ago and got the add-on downloaded to my game but it still not showing in game.
