    Paid for remove ad's from MS Solitaire Collection on May13 but ad's still present. When I try to remove ad's and pay again I get message something went wrong on there end to try again later.

    There has to be an error with your ad free status.

    issues with my premium subscription

    I have paid for premium membership twice and still get ads. Sometimes they are cut short but other times the full page of the ad pops up. I don't know what to do about it. I had the premium membership then my computer had to be reset and when I got my
    solitaire games back the ads started again. So I paid a second time and still get ads. What do I do? I'm not paying again!

    The only way I could get the ad to disappear was to close out the program. Then when I reopened the program it reappeared. I notice that it jumps from one game to another in MS solitaire collection.
