Paid for Perfect Dark through paypal, but it wasnt added to my 360 Account

Hey there,

I just purchased Perfect Dark from my PC (Perfect Dark),
but I believe the game was not credited to my account. I saw the sign, which states there are problems with payment/download, but I'm not sure this will be resolved, if I were not to post here.

I believe the transaction was not completed, as I was given an error-message while confirming my payment-method. However, the payment was completed on my part - I have the confirmation from PayPal itself, the confirmation-mail from Microsoft, as well as
the invoice-table from my Microsoft account.

I'd hope you could help me with that. Thank you in advance.

PayPal what´s up?

Paypal ARE safe but if you read through this forum you'll find posts saying that it didn't prevent money being taken from an unauthorised accessed account even when they were paid through paypal.

 

Manage payments

I paid through Paypal and when i go into my account to manage or edit payment options i dont see Paypal so i can't remove or edit it.

Can someone help me with this please i wish to remove Paypal has payment option but i can't.

Try checking your download history to see if you can redownload it from there -

support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content

Also check Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows the transaction going through. If you still can't download it you will need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada
or support.xbox.com/contact-us

 

market place is down AGAIN you will be able to download it after they temp fix it again

 

Well considering the game doesn't even show up in the bought games-list, my is I have to contact the support in germany throught the chat-system or call them tomorrow :/

It will show up once they fix it as long as your account comfirms you paid for it. I would wait till you can call them Chat in general is a waste of time

 

That's the thing though. It shows up as payed here:

but not in here, where my games would be:
