    Hi,

    We have purchased Minecraft bedrock and java version for pc on minecraft.net, but we are still in demo mode. In Launcher and minecraft.net, it is nowhere to be seen that we purchased this product, only I can see money has been taken from our account. My son has two accounts and we tried them both, but still same issue. We have to buy again.

    We have tried lots of things. It is not a mojang account that needs to be migrated, not on wrong account, as we have tested both.

    Any help would be awesome, as my son is devastated.

    I´ve got the same problem.

    I bought the terraria game, but an error occured.

    The Money is gone, but the game is still Demo, and after delete and download again, it is always demo.

    And in Download History, there isn´t anything about this game, only the demo download few weeks ago.

    After migrating Mojang account to Microsoft, it is gone

    I am logging into Minecraft Java Edition with the Microsoft account that I migrated my Mojang account to, and instead of being a full/paid version of Minecraft, it is only offering me to play the Minecraft "demo" version.

    I believe any DLC will still need to be paid for, and will only be accessible when you have access to the main game (via subscription service or game purchase).
