Paid for minecraft for pc, no purchase confirmation, still only demo access, but money gone...

Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher must have the same credentials to avoid getting into login issues. If you're having with the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, let us know. Please send us a screenshot of the error message. The main goal here is to have access to Minecraft Launcher and play the game. So first of all, let us verify your credentials and know where your license is and be connected to Minecraft services.

If your login:

  • Sign in with your Mojang account - have you tried How to Migrate Your Mojang Account to a Microsoft - Home (minecraft.net) account
    
  • Sign in with Microsoft - MSA - you should be able to access your account here - https://account.microsoft.com/ If you have migrated your account - MSA must be the login of the Login | Minecraft
    
    • IF Yes - Minecraft license is in
      
      • | Microsoft Order History account
        
      • or log in | Minecraft

Having paid and downloaded Minecraft I have nothing but a demo game for my money. Please help.

I´ve got the same problem.

I bought the terraria game, but an error occured.

The Money is gone, but the game is still Demo, and after delete and download again, it is always demo.

And in Download History, there isn´t anything about this game, only the demo download few weeks ago.

Unfortunately, Minecraft requires separate purchases for each platform, which means that your copies of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition and Minecraft (Bedrock) for Xbox do not grant access to the PC version of the game (and vice versa).

To play Minecraft on PC, I'm afraid you'd need to purchase the bundle I linked above. Alternatively, you could access this game through a Game Pass subscription.
