Paid for app but when i try to download it second time, asking for payment

I suspect what has happened is this: what you downloaded the first time was the old Angry Birds, which was made for WP7. They then optimised the game for WP8 and in so doing released it again, meaning that previous purchases were for another game and people
had to re-purchase this one. If you can find the older version in the Windows Phone Store you should be able to download that one for free; I would provide you with a link but searching seems to not be working on windowsphone.com for me right now.

You didn't read the whole message Nathan. There aren't two charges on my account yet, I said microsoft is trying to charge me a second time. If I paid on july 2nd for an order to be shipped then I've paid once. The email I got from Microsoft is asking me to update my payment info (so they can charge my card again). The question is why? When I've already authorized for the first payment. Even over the phone they want to "update my payment info" (so they can charge me a second time). The first payment is STILL pending and all they have to do is ship the product, then my payment will release to Microsoft and *poof* MY THINGS WILL SEND. I don't understand why there needs to be updated card info for a payment that is already processed.

There are two options here if you it is asking for a payment method and you do not want to add one.

1. Sign in with your Gold account and download the app then delete the profile from the console

2. Get a USB stick and try copying the app to it and then move it to the second console.

I am having the exact same problem as EssCee UK. I downloaded and paid for the Sacrifice when it appeared in the sales and specials app went to play it last night and Left for Dead 2 want's me to pay for it again before it will let me. Again it is visible
in my account history and it will let me download it again, but on both the marketplace and the DLC link in Left for Dead 2 it is still asking for payment. As EssCee said it is clearly a problem with the app purchases not being reflected in the marketplace.
