Paid for a Minecraft Realm extension. Didnt get an extension but my miney was taken

Title says it. Has happened 3 times now. Paid for it many days ago. Monet was even removed from my bank yet here i am without a realm.

@VaatiDruidLk63 : Already heard about buying the premium version on XBox 1 can give us possibility for the gamesaves to be correctly loaded, but ..... if we paid for a GotY version, why could we pay again for a GotY version ? ( I mean paying again for both
extensions, not for the entire game ).

Almost, in my case, I can't buy the extensions, from my X1, it says ( for both extensions ) "Bundle only".

I pay for a ultime version and 1 extension of forza horizon 3 and now I cant download it.

So I pay some month ago for Forza Horizon 3 ultime edition and a tresor map and the hot wheels extension on my PC.

Now I dont use anymore my PC because I bought a Laptop and I want to downloas my things but I can only download the standard edition of the game and they want me to pay again for the Hot wheels extension and the cars. What can I do to get the things I paid
for? Thanks

I got the game recently, but that extension is paid, it looks great later I'll see it

Thanks for getting back to us! Have you somehow tried online as well to see if the same issue persist? Try subscribing via https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/realms/realms-f...

In case the same issue persist, I am afraid the last option is to wait and see if they will bring it back to the Java edition. But best is to contact Minecraft Support team via https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new to know whether it will become available and when.

I am indeed using Minecraft Java edition on the PC.

Logging in and out doesn't seem to be the problem. I think the marketplace is only accessible using the betrock/windows edition. I can go to the marketplace there and still purchase items through this method.

If I am logged into Minecraft Java edition and go to Minecraft Realms it will show me the option to renew a realm which takes me to minecraft.net (Profile>Wallet & Realms) where I normally renewed my realms for Java edition. For this, the payment option has been a problem. I remember being able to renew it using this method not too long ago.
