paid for a game cant see it to download it or play it

Can you give more information? What game? What console?

I highly recommend cheking your game through account.xbox.com. If you do not see the game through here, Or if you have checked your Orders as well and do not see it, then you might have purchased it on a separate account.

However, if the game is on your account, I would advise you to remove your account and re-add it back and restart your device then check again.

Also, as @Smwutches mentioned above, It would be much helpful if you could provide us with further information regarding the issue.

See the problem is and i wish ms would fix this if live is down i cant access my downloads stuff i have paid for if i paid for something i shouldnt have to be logged on to be able to access it like oblivion the game cost me 59.99 but i have another 50 bucks
invested but the way ms is i cant play it cause my live is down af if your in shivern isles your stuck same with the fallout games

Thank you for your answers , i had to change region in my account via pc only instead of Xbox.
