Discus and support Paid for a game and it says I need to pay for it again xbox one in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Same problem with forza motorsport 6 + forza horizon 2 :( Someone resolve this?     My Problem is solved, thanks to the xbox live Germany Team.

    i used the Chat and the refund my Money (xbox live €).

    So i bought the game again - during the Chat session.

    And game is downloading now.

    I did chat with a women from Germanny xbox live Support..

    They refund my Money and i did buyed again,thanks to the German Support...

    Not even 5 minutes.....

    It Happend when i was still talking with her,at the same Moment...

    She told me go and try to buy again and i will wait here in the Chat..Paid for a game and it says I need to pay for it again xbox one :))

    Same problem here!

    Bought yesterday 26.12.2015 Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe: SE for €40,-

    Before that i added €30+€5 xbox live Points.

    During the payment it says "error try again and the tell the error code to the support."

    I want to try it again but the € 40 Euros were gone... but no game!
