    Paid for a game and it says I need to pay for it again xbox one


    I bought fallout 4 it took my money and then it gave me an error and I had to restart my xbox and when I went back to download it my money was still gone but it said i need to pay for the game still and I can't download it.

    If i uninstall a game that i paid for do i need to pay for it again when i reinstall it?

    Paid for Zeno Clash, but it still says I have to pay for it

    I tried to pay for the XBLA title, Zeno Clash the other day when it was on sale. I got an error message of some sort when I tried to pay for it, but I was still charged the cost of the game. I even received the usual email confirming that I paid for it.
    But every time I go to the game and try and download it, it still says I need to pay. Any thoughts?

    The same has happened to me when purchasing rainbow six season pass except it took my money twice.

    Exactly the same here! Got confirmation email to same i've bought it and my money has come out of my account! but nothing is downloading and it says buy now in the store so it wants me to pay again!

    BattleField 4 on Gold.

    happened to me, to make matters worse the content im trying to purchase with the points (fifa) wont be available for much longer. sigh.

    i did buy star wars battlefront..took my Money,but i still have to pay for it...

    Happened to me as well. I chatted with support for a while and the end result was "our engineers are working on it and it should be fixed later today." Well...it's the end of the day, the service alerts are gone, but the store still wants to charge me for

    Yes same Problem here too. Purchased dlc, account was charged, but never got my dlc and it says I have to pay again. Hopefully this will be fixed soon
