Paid for a game and it says I need to pay for it again xbox one

Same with Rainbow Six Siege. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Thought I had taken a right into crazy town. sorry. I was able to get Ori and OlliOlli after fine though.

 

Cod Points on Black Ops 3. Happened yesterday, spoken to two people on xbox messenger chat and both of them seemed to disconnect after asking a load of questions. They did say engineers were on it, but I'm kind of left out in the blue here.

 

i did talk,just right now with somebody from MS Team..

They told me that they have in the Moment some Problems with the store licenses..

they will fixed up until monday...

so we have to wait.....

 

This happend to me as well I bought ark survival but I can't download it, it wount even give me the option

 

Update: I talked to support again this morning and they issued a refund. Tried to buy the game a second time and it worked just fine. I would just try support again if you haven't already.

 

I got a new xbox one, and none of my dlc came over in my account. Wants me to repurchase everything.

 

I had troubles in downloading and purchasing a game yesterday but suddenly it works; today i have recieved the bill and they deducted the amount twice. What should i do know?

 

Similar issue here with Just Dance Unlimited. Bought it online from my PC. My credit card has been charged.

But Xbox one console wants me to pay for it again. Going to wait for a resolution.

Bought yesterday 26.12.2015 Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe: SE for €40,-

Before that i added €30+€5 xbox live Points.

During the payment it says "error try again and the tell the error code to the support."

I want to try it again but the € 40 Euros were gone... but no game!

 

Yep I got charged for black ops 3 gave me an error code and never downloaded the game

 

Mine happened as well with Dragonball Xenoverse. It shows up in my account history, but not in my games list. I got in contact with the help line a couple days ago and was told that they were working on a fix and that later Christmas day they shpuld have
the issue sorted out and my game in my list. However this issue remains. I will try the help line again later today if I don't see a fix on this thread or in my account.

 

Yes same exact thing happened. I bought a $35 game wih my gift cards I got for Christmas, and it said something went wrong. It's no where in my xbox or anything. I contacted support and they also said their engineers are fixing it and in the next 24 hours
it will be fixed. I contacted them 6 times, all same answer. 48 hours later, still NOTHING

 

Yes same thing. I contacted Microsoft 6 times since Christmas and it seems to only be happening to people with gift cards but I dont know. They said 24 hours it will be fixed, but 48 hours later, it still isnt

 

Ugh, the customer support agent said she would refund me and then I could purchase it again. Refund never went through even though she said it did. I went to look into purchasing options and ended up charging my credit card as I tried looking for my account
balance... FFS, at least I have the game now but it ended up costing me twice...
