    Hey guys, I just bought a game on sale (I paid for it, and my credit card has been charged), but on the marketplace screen that displays the game still only says the cost of the game, and the game will not download. It has been like this sometime and the
    purchase is no longer pending. Any ideas?

    Billing Problems

    I bought some in game money for GTA 5. When i paid for it i was charged twice, on two seperate credit cards. I dont know how this happened but i was hoping i could get a refund on one of the cards.

    Can't purchase 1 month of Gold.

    Hello,

    My xbl account expired almost a year ago. I'd like to resume my xbl gold membership but only purchase a month's worth. I've tried purchasing with paypal and 2 different pre paid credit cards & it doesn't work. Any thoughts? The newest message i've gotten
    was "please enter a valid credit card number" which i've triple checked that it is correct. Could the issue be that it's a pre paid credit card. I've had issues even purchasing points with the card & paypal.

    Have you signed in at Commerce.Microsoft.Com to make sure this was purchased on the account you believe it to have been? If you see the transaction there then yes check your DL HX and if it is not there contact support. If you do NOT see it there please
    check other accounts on the location that you used to purchase it to see if it was purchased on one of those accounts.

    Same issue here. Bought Army of Two: Devil's Cartel on Wednesday, got billed twice but the game doesn't show up in my library. It also doesn't show up in my download history because the download never started due to the issues with Xbox Live. Tried contacting
    support via Twitter, no response whatsoever.

    Have you signed in at Commerce.Microsoft.Com to make sure this was purchased on the account you believe it to have been? If you see the transaction there then yes check your DL HX and if it is not there contact support. If you do NOT see it there please

    $1 = 70MSP in Canadian Dollars.

    And as long as I've been using XBL and MSP this has never changed.

    I don't think Microsoft would charge tax as you already paid the tax when you bought the points.

    Tax can be charged when you buy Microsoft Points at retail; it's hit and miss.
