    Paid and installed DLC will not run in game


    I have recently been trying to play DLC for both Sniper Elite 4 and Metro Exodus, of which i have purchased all DLC for both. Yet whenever i try to load it up in game I am taken to the store and asked to download the DLC even though they are already on my system. How can I fix this/is this a currently common issue.

    Have just tried this and didnt work. Have uninstalled and will leave it till tomorrow to reinstall and try again then.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    You may need to uninstall and reinstall the DLC, then perform a powercycle on your console.

    In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons, from there please click the game icon for you to see the DLCs.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
