    Paid 80$ for a replacement Elite series 2, replacement came with a jammed in A button


    I turned the controller on, connected it to my PC and went to do a button check, the A button came jammed. The press is noticeably shorter, and the A button stays stuff sometimes. I didn't pay 80$ for a different broken controller, and Id really like my replacement to not be broken, will I have to pay ANOTHER 80$ for a new replacement??? I never even got to use the controller. So this wasn't my fault.

    Hi Sam! Sorry to hear about what. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I'll do my best to assist you.

    First, make sure that your controller is up-to-date. If it still does not function normally, please send it back for a replacement. The replacement should still be free since it's new.

    Elite series 2 controller replacement

    Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

    I'm having the same exact issue. Is there anyone that actually has a functional A button on their Elite series 2? If replacements are going to have the same issue I'm just going to have to refund. This is very disappointing.
