    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the Xbox Live membership as you're attempting to play online but you're not able to play or use specific online services.

    There was an active
    service alert     earlier, we
    recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Entiendo que pueda tener una vigencia pero en el carton no salen por ningun lado . Lo normal es que si el codigo del game pass va el de la xbox live gold no tendria que estar caducado.
