en mi historial de pagos no esta el pago de hoy 10 de octubre, ya intente en el chat virtual pero no me da ninguna solución, esto nunca me había pasado.

de verdad necesito ayuda, ya que pague para usar game pass y no es posible que no tenga el servicio.

If you are unable to see that charge on your order history, and you are unable to see any subscriptions on your account, this would then imply that there have been no payment issued on behalf of the services.

Its that you may have cancelled your subscription, but not before you incurred the debt on your account, which may have been settled upon making that payment earlier today. However, this may have not renewed your subscription.

I implore you to use the steps provided earlier to get in touch with a live agent in order to gather more info on this matter.

Are you able to see your subscription on the
Services and subscription page?

If you can see it there, I recommend
removing your account and the performing a
power cycle on your console. Once this is done, you can add your account back onto your conosle, but keep in mind that you will need to know your email address and password in order to add it back once more.

If you are unable to see any charges in this area, this would imply that Microsoft has not received any payments from you in regards to your subscription.

If this is the case, you would still have to settle that balance in order to be able to

unlock your subscription.

If this is not the case, you may be able to receive more info by contacting Xbox customer support.

From the MS Contact page here https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/, click on Contact support in the browser instead & type the following into the virtual agent chat:

Chat > when it asks you to select your product, choose Xbox > Select your issue, choose Payments & purchases

You should see the option for a chat & we strongly recommend you select it. We tried this out & the chat option is still there, and they'll be able to help you with getting everything set up.
