    The Beta period ended late September (Including the price reduction) and the new price for Game Pass PC is in europe 9.99.

    Game Pass Ultimate which includes Game Pass for Xbox and PC is 12,99 €/month and Game Pass for PC is 9,99 €/month. Usually, you purchase the subscription with your payment option (in this case, you would be paying the 1 €) and the following payments of 12,99 € or 9,99 € are automatically applied each month.

    If it is charging you more than the 1 € then you are more than likely no longer eligible for the promotion. That is usually the case if you have previously subscribed to Game Pass.

    Normal Gamepass don`t can play some PC Games

    If you upgrade to ultimate you get games pass for xbox and pc and gold for £1 just now.

    After that i believe you will need to buy games pass for pc which is £3.99 a month.

    Sorry unsure of other currencies.
