    Provider: SaskTel

    Ping: 74ms

    Download Speed: 3.85Mbs

    Upload Speed: 0.69Mbs

    Download Packet Loss: 0%

    Upload Packet Loss: 8%

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    My Xbox Live keeps dropping partys and (Xbox Live) will disconnect and also It will kick me from online multiplayer games saying that the server disconnected

    Hello everyone. One suggestion that I would have is to contact your Internet Service Provider and have the tech ping your modem/router with packets to see if you have a packet loss issue.

    Also sometimes an issue can be attributed simply to old cable wire. Check connections and condition of your cables.

    If you are hardwired with an ethernet cable, I would also suggest checking the leads and condition of those cables as well.

    Hope this resolves some issues.
