Pack mission coop Red Dead Redemption xbox360

Après de longs échanges avec le support Rockstar Games. . et de nombreuses manipulations qui n'ont rien donnés..... Me voici ici après leur ultime conseil.

Il m'est impossible de télécharger ce pack de coop. Y'a t'il une solution ? ? ?

Ne me dites pas de tester ma connexion, vider le cache systeme, supprimer et réinstaller le jeu ou d'autres manip alakon.. c'est déj fait.

Do not tell me to test my connection, clear the system cache, remove and reinstall the game or other alakon manipulation .. it's already done.

thank you for your answer.Unfortunately I tried the manipulation and it gave nothing, there is always this error message when I try to download the pack. i'm not alone in having this problem, i also have friends in england and usa who have the same. it's
frustrating.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

It tells me : download failed Mission pack in coop "outlaws to the end"

I have no problem so far to download the games or the expansion pack. It's really the first time this has happened.

The download wobbles 0% 1% 0% and finally I have this error message.
