    As I have checked, there seems to be no issue on the Xbox Live service's end. I can help you with the troubleshooting steps.

    Are you getting an error message or error code?

    Hi, I have a similar issue to you. The netflix app on xbox one does not connect and I receive the error code nw-2-5. When I analyse the connection server 1 and 4 are fine but server 2&3 have an error message nw-2-5. All my other devices such as android phone,
    iPads and PC connect fine. I have spent hours on the helpline but got nowhere. Is anyone having the same issues?
