    Hello, and I am having an issue with my Headphones right now, they are Ozenio OW810 headphone. the microphone stopped working strangely, it was working fine earlier today. and if your wondering I looked on a older post from earlier this year and i tried it but yeah, didnt work. the support in that older post said to check some stats of some sort, like to open this application with Windows & R and to put in the command msinfo32, so here's an image of the stats

    Hi popa_imp45, I'm sorry to hear you're facing this trouble with your mic. I understand how inconvenient that can be! I am happy to lend a hand finding a solution here.

    Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the device? In the Device Manager under "Sound, video and game controllers', right-click and click 'Uninstall Device', then reboot your PC, and reinstall the latest available drivers from the manufacturer's website.

    Make sure you have the latest updates installed for the Xbox App, Microsoft Store, and the firmware which is required for your headset. Then reboot your PC.

    If it still doesn't work, try to see if you can roll back to an older version of the drivers, since it was working previously.

    Its built into the cord that i connect to the headphones but the cord didnt originally come with the headphones but the mic does work

    How did you manage do use Kinect as mic while your headphones are connected to the controller? As soon as I plug in my headphones into the Stereo Headset Adapter my Kinect won't work as mic anymore... Strange thing is, this also happens if my headphones
    don't have an integrated mic

    The mic that’s on my headphones. I have bose and i tried apple and some others as well. Directly into the 3.5mm audio jack. Mic works on all headphones when plugged into my phone.
