I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems running the Age of Empires Castle Siege.

If it is giving you that message when trying to play on the PC, and you don't get an error code that starts with "0x8" more than likely it is a problem on the developers side.

That means that the people who made the game should be able to help you.

I would recommend referring to their support site at
https://www.ageofempires.com/support/ or looking to see if you can find any news about the game not working on their forums at
