Owned xbox one but now on pc and have tons of issues

Ok so I played on my xbox one console for years now as one account and I have xbox live game pass ultimate.

Problem 1

I bought a gaming laptop and signed my account into it. Everywhere I look it's asking me to join pc game pass for free but it costs money for ultimate? I already own it? For now obviously till the membership runs out. I refuse to choose the Start game pass pc option as I paid for ultimate for the month. Will it mess up anything if I choose the game pass feature when my time runs out on my console ultimate? The pc game choices kinda suck compared to the console choices too? I'm limited to tha pc game pass games for some reason??

2nd problem

I lost all my games I bought on console by switching to pc. Well 90% of them especially the expensive ones are gone.. go figure...

3rd problem

Today I noticed some EA titles weren't downloading. Long story short my ea account has a different email but never affected the console but greatly affects pc for some reason so I had to have ea change my accounts email to match. They told me I loose all my game purchases and saves. I dont care about the saves but what about the hundreds of dollars in games I just lost, same with xbox. Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars gone. Also, now when I try to download anything that comes from ea I am prompted to purchase an ea play subscription when I already have that too?? The guys in the support chat from ea even said it should work but it won't. Another long story short they made me download apex legens on console before going back to pc. This is to somehow straighten out the issue?? I could not even find apex on pc xbox or ea. I also couldn't find it on console in game pass or ea but when I looked in the store it said i already own the game but I do not. I am currently trying to download that but I will literally take 24 hours to download as horizon 5 took 3 days to download 105 gigs.

I am beyond upset and I wish I could just start over with a new account but I will be literally be throwing away about $500 in games or more by doing so and I can't do that. EA chat helpline thing could not help me thru 2 different people and 2 hours of my time and there's. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem if this special apex legends game download doesn't fix the problem? Can I do a title transfer to a new account on the same xbox or even move it to pc as this is definitely not my fault but the fault of xbox and EA. I surely hold them responsible and I would hope these multi million dollar companies would make themselves accountable for some free games to replace what is lost due to there crappy software or programs or whatever the problem is. I should either be reimbursed in cash or even xbox money online or simply just be allowed to transfer everything over either a new account or it just work the way it's supposed to like it has for many years on console. What a mess. I've always disliked how ea did things but now I'm at a point where I'm about to say screw them and just get the attorney general involved or the Better Business Bureau as these people have a way of making big companies do what there supposed to do. I would just ne happy if it worked like normal. I'm tired of this someone please help me out here.

Ps.. sorry for the bad grammar and run on sentences. I'm just so frustrated and upset at all the money I've already lost and about to loose possibly still. This should never be. Problem when buying something digital as that's the whole reason behind doing so. Never get scratched disc's and own it forever. I say that's false advertisement . As far as the ownership part goes.
