    Own Oblivion DLC but being told to purchase again


    I own the Wizards Tower DLC for Oblivion, for some reason the microsoft store and xbox.com say I don’t own in. I know i own it because i purchased all the DLC for the game and have played the DLC in the past

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Yeah so none of that helped, the problem is even on my computer it says I do not own the dlc, on the Microsoft website. I’m not purchasing a DLC for the second time

    On your Xbox go to Settings>network settings>advanced>Alternate MAC Address>Clear. Your Xbox will have to restart then try again. However, if the issue still persists, Please access this link Xbox Support to perform a reset to your console. This should solve your issue.

    Adquiring DLC's for Xbox 360 Games

    You can purchase the DLC with no issues. The only reason it doesn't show the game as being owned is because you own it on disc and have not purchased it digitally. It's not a requirement that it has to be purchased digitally to purchase the DLC.
