Own minecraft on xbox, but doesn't show up on PC

    Pretty much says it. Doesn't show up as ready to install, and only options to buy it on PC. Signed into same account on PC as XBOX

    You would need to buy the PC version in order to play it on the PC. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title.

    is Minecraft Dungeons an Xbox Play Anywhere title?

    The store is listing both versions, Xbox and PC, but it doesn't mention that you can play it on both platforms once you own it.

    Does anyone know? I'm afraid that I end up buying it twice.

    I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....
    There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

    On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

    As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

    However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.

    The Java version is only available on PC. You would have to purchase the Xbox version of Minecraft in order to play it on the Xbox.
