Own fallout 4. Now says I need to be the one logged in

The Fallout 3 codes provided are for Xbox 360. I purchased Fallout 4 for Xbox one. I need the fallout 3 codes for Xbox one. I do not own a Xbox 360.

(I suppose also the next Elder Scrolls single player but I don't expect that for quite some years now).

Oh, and I would say The Last of Us 2 but I bet they are only even discussing if they are going to do one at this point.

If you search for fallout 3 on xbox live.com and click on buy; a pop up will show you already own this title. You probably already redeemed when you first got Fallout 4. If when you search for Fallout 3 and it doesn't tell you that you already own this title,
then I would contact support. But as of now (I have the preview version on XBOX One) you cannot download on xbox one. Only on 360. As of now.

@Galactic Geek, I just logged onto my X Box One...every "owned" game is playable. Killer Instinct (Needs a update if I go online.)-Playable. Fallout 3 (B.C. 360 game.)-Playable. Fallout 4 (Disc.)-Playable. Many others-Playable. Only had two games give me
problems...Geometry Wars and Hexic H.D.; Geometry Wars hasn't worked in quite awhile even online though.
