    Overwatch Xbox One Gameshare Problem


    So I have my friends home xbox and he has mine but when he tries to play overwatch it says his trial has ended. He played the trial but now he should have the game but he cannot play it. Help please!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the update with your reply. Essentially, there may be something going on with the home console setting being recognized. You can try toggling that setting for home console designation. You can do this by indicating that you don't want that profile
    to be home console (Remove this as my home Xbox), then switching it back to home console(Make this my home Xbox). This won't use up a switch like totally removing that setting would and its worth a try.

    How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox

    Give this a try and let us know the results.

    Did he either update the trial to the complete version or has he removed the trial version and installed the full version of the game?

    Are you certain that his Xbox is indeed your home console now.

    This only happens with Overwatch, no other games?

    He said that he uninstalled the trial and downloaded the full version.

    He is certain he says because he has my other games.

    And yes this is a problem for only overwatch
