    Hi! I bought this game 2 weeks ago, and i couln't play 3 days in a row, Blizzard said that they are some kind of problem on his server. Look, if they are not able to put the server on, so i'd like refund my money.

    Overwatch

    On the optimization level, I read it's pretty good on a techical leve, and you can also map every character ability to have it ready in any moment.
    If you are experienced with FPS on console, you could give it a try anyway, if you love the game I don't see any problem.

    Overwatch

    I see lots of video everywhere about Overwatch, but for me it's not worth it... Maybe I'm just not into that type of game, or I just see it as a Team Fortress 2 ripoff. I know TF2 is not on xbox One, but it's free on Steam so if you have a good computer you could give it a try.
    In general I don't think shooters, expecially multiplayer one, work well with a controller... aiming with the mouse is muuuuch better!

    It will depend on how you acquired the game.

    If it's a physical disc copy, you will need to contact the retailer/seller that sold it to you, and see what kind of return policy they have.

    If it's a digital download, you may not be able to get a refund. The official Microsoft

    policy
    states that there's no refunds for digital games. The only exception is if the game itself was damaged or corrupted upon download. Another exception may be made if you purchased the game not too long ago (24-48 hours?), in which you call up 1-800-4MY-XBOX
    and ask for a refund (something that is likely at the discretion of the CSR).

    ninda: if you really want a refund, i'd try calling anyway, they sometimes are able to make exceptions to their usual rules. keep in mind they generally only offer a refund once per account for anything. you may not want to use that up, in case there is
    a serious issue later. thought again they may make an exception. honestly though this seems like an issue with blizzard servers, and not MS's fault, so they are likely to just try and deny you the refund.

    have you tried playing again lately? perhaps they just didn't expect as much traffic and they servers were unable to handle the load. i know there was recently a free overwatch weekend, so perhaps many people decided to purchase the game after that. i'm
    sure they will fix the servers to handle more players if that's actually the problem. maybe just give it some time and everything will be fine.

    Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows - error code 10 and code 48

    Just tested the adapter on a Thinkpad notebook and indeed, the code 10 persisted. This is a brand new product that was shipped soft bricked. I bought it on the 14th of Setember.

    I need to be redirected to product replacement, actual product replacement, not the fake link that always returns me an error message.

    AT&T Uverse Crashing when I turn on my 360

    Some more info: I have had uverse since setember of 2011 and the xbox 360 slim since November. after a few tries of resetting the modem and router, i hooked it up directly to the modem, same problem. Tried wireless, same issue. And after reading your post
    tried several of my ethernet cables, still the same issue.
