overwatch preorder

i preordered overwatch today on my xbox one console from the xbox store because it said i would get 48 hours early access to the open beta then after i payed 60$ for it i went on the overwatch website and it said i had to have preordered by april 29th......
it says nothing of a deadline to preorder for early access on the xbox store. i contacted blizzard and they said to contact microsoft. i contacted microsfot support and faith told me to post it on here because you were advertising early access which you were
no longer providing. if i wasnt getting to play it two days earlier i obviously would have waitied till i played it for free on may 5 before i payed 60$ for it. can someone please help ive been tossed from support chat to support chat for 3 hours now i just
want a code which i payed for

To get a two-day head start in the Open Beta, you would have had to preorder any edition of Overwatch by April 29.

Overwatch Pre-Order Beta Download Issue

Thank you to those who responded. SuperDankFrankk was correct and I was able to install the Overwatch Pre-Order Beta just now (May 2nd). The "Bundle Only" in the Store for the Overwatch Beta was changed for me today to "Preorder (free)", and I was able
to download. For anyone still having issues, I would check the Store to see if your option has changed.

 

Same issue. Mine account won't even let me download the beta under demos in the xbox store. I purchased my copy in the xbox one store April 26th and my roommate purchased it April 29th, he was able to download the beta and mine still says "bundle only"?????

 

mine says bundle only too. i pre ordered on the 27th

If you ordered before April 29th and still have not received your friend code, then hold tight. Other people haven't received theirs so you likely haven't gotten your wave of codes. See this
link on how to access the beta and times it launches.

As Hydro mentioned, the codes are sent in waves for eligible pre-order customers. If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta was unlocked in the Xbox Store before the beta began. If you have already pre-ordered, go ahead and search
