Overwatch Pre Order

I bought the Overwatch Origins (pre order edition) from the Microsoft, but never received the codes for the digital blizzard addons. I have put in a couple of support tickets, but was finally told to make a post here to see if this team can fix the problem
for me. I believe the digital items that were supposed to come with the pre-order were:

• Overwatch – Hero Skins – Blackwatch Reyes or Strike-Commander Morrison.
  
• Diablo III – Mercy’s Wings
• World of Warcraft – Baby Winston Pet
• StarCraft II – In-game Portraits
• Heroes of the Storm – Tracer Hero

Friend beta key; Overwatch?

As Hydro mentioned, the codes are sent in waves for eligible pre-order customers. If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta was unlocked in the Xbox Store before the beta began. If you have already pre-ordered, go ahead and search
for 'Overwatch Beta' through the Xbox Store to begin installing! For more information, please check out

And connect your Xbox account to your Battlenet account. Then the next time you sign in to Overwatch on your console, you should receive a notification saying you have unlocked your digital goodies.

 

I linked my battle.net account. When doing so I got a message saying that my xbox gamer tag was already associated with another battle.net account. I clicked to confirm and tie the two accounts togeter, but I didn't receive the notification about the addons
after signing into Overwatch. It has been a couple of days now, is there something else I can do? Also, when playing Overwatch on the xbox does a battle.net account get setup automatically on the back end or should I be worried that someone has somehow tied
my xbox live account to a different battle.net account?

 

That likely just means you had an old battlenet account that you forgot about, Since you didn't get a notification about your addons I would suggest getting in contact with Blizzard support.
