Overwatch Origins promotion content

I linked my Battle.net Battletag with my Xbox Live account to get the Blizzard promotional content but I never got the notification to unlock the bonuses. I contacted Blizzard but they told me it has to be initiated from the Xbox side and couldn't help me.

I've preordered and payed the Overwatch Origins Edition via Xbox store.

Unfortunately i've not received any form of the pre-order content.

Not via Email, Not via Messanging System, not via activation.

After a dissatisfying contact with the xbox support via chat,

i was told to report it here to get the content i've already payed for.

Overwatch Origins Edition content

In-game items for Overwatch are not provided through Xbox Live message, but you will be able to claim them in-game. Once the game is fully released, you can snag those items in the game menu. For more information, please check

Did you get the digital or physical version of the game? If you purchased the physical disc version, there will be a code to redeem in the box. If you purchased the game digitally, follow these steps to get the
Overwatch in-game goodies on Xbox One:

While in the game, open the main menu and choose Link Account.

Note: This will temporarily disconnect you from Overwatch while you link your accounts.

Choose Log In and fill in all necessary information. Choose Create Free Account if you don't have a Battle.net account.

After your accounts are connected, choose Return to Connected Accounts.

Select the Redeem Digital Goodies button to claim your in-game goodies on your Battle.net account.

If you do not have that option in-game, you will need to reach out to Blizzard support for further assistance since we're unable to provide in-game items for 3rd party games.

Lei Fang, if I remember correctly Bots is Bots only. No other Players are present. Not really worth the price given the already very low Content of the Game to begin with.

Which also the above reminded me of my disdain for Overwatch. The PC has either Origins Edition Overwatch or just Overwatch ($40 US). The Consoles only have Origins Edition Overwatch for $60 US. Sorry but some lame visual things that should have been on a Game
with very little Content to begin with are not worth the added price 0f $20.

It should have been one Game (maybe two at best) of, $40 US is the Game with all the Content at release or a Free2Play version that Characters and such could be purchsed separately. This reason alone is why I never purchased Overwatch and by the time a MP Only
Game goes down in price to reasonable per Content it will have a close to dead Community.

According to the information I can find from >>Blizzard<< themselves, it appears that the extra content was for those who pre-ordered
the PC version of Overwatch. As this is all in-game content provided by Blizzard, they would be the ones best suited to assist as we do not have any information on that content.

Deployment of our Overwatch: Origins Edition in-game goodies has begun. Digital bonuses for World of Warcraft, Diablo III, StarCraft II,
Heroes of the Storm, and Hearthstone are now available to anyone who pre-purchases the digital version of Origins Edition for Windows PC through the Battle.net
