Overwatch Origins Edition content

Hi,

I have pre-ordered the Overwatch Origins Edition on my Xbox One and I have not yet received the additional content that is included with the purchase. I spoke with Xbox Support and they suggested that I wait 3 business days to see if the content would be
provided to my via account message / email. I have not received either of these and so I am posting here.

The product purchased, located
here, states that the game includes the full game along with a wealth of content for Overwatch and other Blizzard games. The exact content that should be provided with this purchase, as seen from the official game website
here, should be as follows.

5 Origin Character Skins for Overwatch (unsure if these are automatically included with the game or I need a download code)

Tracer Hero for Heroes of the Storm PC game

Baby Winston Pet for World of Warcraft PC game

Overwatch Card Back for Hearthstone PC game

Mercy's Wings for Diablo 3 PC game

Player Portraits for Starcraft 3 PC game

Also included with the purchased was a character skin for the Widowmaker character for pre-ordering the game. I received this as an automatic addition to my account and did not have a download code for this content. I am not sure if this is how I am supposed
to receive the aforementioned Origin Character Skins.

If you need any other information regarding the matter, please let me know and I can provide you with what you need.

I've preordered and payed the Overwatch Origins Edition via Xbox store.

Unfortunately i've not received any form of the pre-order content.

Not via Email, Not via Messanging System, not via activation.

After a dissatisfying contact with the xbox support via chat,

i was told to report it here to get the content i've already payed for.

In-game items for Overwatch are not provided through Xbox Live message, but you will be able to claim them in-game. Once the game is fully released, you can snag those items in the game menu. For more information, please check

Lei Fang, if I remember correctly Bots is Bots only. No other Players are present. Not really worth the price given the already very low Content of the Game to begin with.

Which also the above reminded me of my disdain for Overwatch. The PC has either Origins Edition Overwatch or just Overwatch ($40 US). The Consoles only have Origins Edition Overwatch for $60 US. Sorry but some lame visual things that should have been on a Game
with very little Content to begin with are not worth the added price 0f $20.

It should have been one Game (maybe two at best) of, $40 US is the Game with all the Content at release or a Free2Play version that Characters and such could be purchsed separately. This reason alone is why I never purchased Overwatch and by the time a MP Only
Game goes down in price to reasonable per Content it will have a close to dead Community.

At the moment unfortunately the only offer available is Overwatch Legendary Edition. The Overwatch Origins is no longer available on the Microsoft store at the moment.

According to the information I can find from >>Blizzard<< themselves, it appears that the extra content was for those who pre-ordered
the PC version of Overwatch. As this is all in-game content provided by Blizzard, they would be the ones best suited to assist as we do not have any information on that content.

Deployment of our Overwatch: Origins Edition in-game goodies has begun. Digital bonuses for World of Warcraft, Diablo III, StarCraft II,
Heroes of the Storm, and Hearthstone are now available to anyone who pre-purchases the digital version of Origins Edition for Windows PC through the Battle.net
Shop.

You can either search for Overwatch on your Xbox One console or from the Microsoft Store directly to purchase

Overwatch: Origins Edition from there.

Let us know if you were able to purchase it for the reduced sale price.
