Overwatch Origins "Do you own" error

I purchased a copy of Overwatch Origins edition. I have installed it on my Xbox, but every time I try and launch the game, it says "Do you own this game or app?". I have the disk in the Xbox and it is perfectly fine. I can play other disc based games with
no issues. I have tried power cycling the xbox, as well as deleting my profile and adding it back. I've deleted and reinstalled multiple times.

There could be data missing on the disc due to possiable reasons that is why we ask you to try the trouble shooter. You might need to get a replacement disc if this keeps on happening. Data can be damaged or wiped if the cd is stored near a magnet of some
type ect.

If after trying the troubleshooting provided, and still getting the error then it is most likely the disc. Can you try the disc in another console? If you get the same thing then that disc will need to be replaced. Personally had a disc with a very small
crack on ring inside by the hole, it caused the disk to not spin correctly.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues with launching the game Overwatch: Origins Edition even though you have the disc itself. If in fact you are able to play other disc based games and DVD/Blu-rays
