    Overwatch loot boxes not appearing!


    There have probably been similar problems to this, but I purchased Overwatch Game of the Year from gamestop, I already called them, and recieved the 10 free loot crates code. I entered the code in microsoft store, and it said the code was valid, so I started
    the game up, and to my surprise, there were no loot boxes whatsoever in my game! Is this a common glitch and is there any way you can fix this? Incase you attempt to send lootboxes to my account for whatever reason, It was on another account on the Xbox, 7.
    And no they are not on another account, I checked.

    I was planning that I would buy some 24 Halloween loot boxes yesterday but instead I accidentally bought 24 normal ones also to back me up the official Twitter for Overwatch @playoverwatch tweeted out they had a problem with the loot boxes and they weren't
    appearing on the Xbox store so if you could take this into consideration I would be very happy

    Ok, after AGG xGREYx HG's post I done a little investigating myself. I went to the store to try and buy an ESO Crown Pack, which I have purchased many times over. Guess what? Same problem! It says it is already owned. Microsoft please get this issue fixed

    I'm having the same issue with Rocket League Crate Keys. Because I've already bought them, it reflects that I "own" it rather than giving me the opportunity to buy more. I wonder if this is an issue across all games that have packs that you can buy multiple

    nope I just went through the same thing. It's bad. Also, they're saying they are unavailable when I'm on my Xbox. And the site says they are only with a bundle?
