    It could take up to 48 hours for the code to be sent, but in case it wasn't sent you will need to contact the online support. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

    At the moment unfortunately the only offer available is Overwatch Legendary Edition. The Overwatch Origins is no longer available on the Microsoft store at the moment.

    Why is so many games on xbox are listed as unavailable

    The developers may have discontinued it and may be proceeded with any bundled packs. For example, Overwatch Legendary edition is available to buy, but not the Origins edition. If you already bought or got any redeemable code of the game you can still play
    the standard editions.

    Overwatch never was a Games with Gold game. But there had been a few free play weekends for that game. Usually, Games with Gold belong to you as long as you are a Gold Member.

    You will have to
    buy Overwatch as the "Legendary Edition"     currently. Previous editions have been replaced by this edition. So you can't buy the Origins Edition anymore.
