    Having trouble getting the oni genji skin across to xbox

    Downloaded heroes of the storm so that I can claim the Oni Genji skin aspart of the nexus challenge. Now in order to download the skin I am supposed to link my xbox account with my battlenet account in order for it to be able to be linked across. However
    when I attempt to link the accounts, it tells me that my xbox live account is already linked with another battlenet account, and I never recall making this 'other account'. If I link the accounts then any previous connections will be removed, if I do this
    then am I going to lose all of my progress in overwatch? If so, how am I supposed to get the skin?

    Hello Harvey, if you purchased credits through your Microsoft account for rocket league overwatch but you are playing PC, they will only be validated if you log in with your account on an Xbox console and link the account with rocket and Overwatch

    Hello Alan, in the transition from Overwatch 1 to 2 Blizzard warned that the skin system would be changed and would have to advance in levels in the game so you can unlock the skins.

    You own the skins, but they will have to be unlocked.

    For most of them it is not necessary to battle passes, but for some alternative special skins, they will need the battle pass.
