    Hello i have xbox series x and i tried to download overwatch 2 but it keep telling me installation stop sometimes the it download few megabite but it keep telling me installation stop ...i am literally waited 3 months for the game to download and now there is an update and it keep telling me the same thing .... i tried to reset it but not usefull ..other game can download fast and no problem only overwatch ?

    Yes i have enough storage and i tried to rest my network now but it didnt work

    I also bought a new modem to see if my router have an issue but its the same

    Also tried use my phone data but also not usefull

    If I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.

    I'm sorry for that but the last resort will be resetting the console and removing everything. The game may have been corrupted which is why you're encountering issues.
