    Overwatch - Infinite Loading Screen


    Hello Everyone!

    I am currently dealing with an issue when entering a standard game on Overwatch for the Xbox One. I am able to play the first game after I start up the Xbox perfectly fine. However, after that game any game I attempt to enter results in me waiting at the loading
    screen (That shows the map and location) for an indefinite amount of time. Occasionally I will be sent back to the main menu only to be immediately sent back to the same loading screen. I have contacted Blizzard support twice and Xbox support once, but no
    solutions have worked.

    Currently, I am using a LAN ethernet connection with open NAT type. I have forwarded all ports necessary according to Xbox Support (Port 88, Port 3074, Port 53, Port 80, Port 500, Port 3544, Port 4500) and have tried formatting the entire hard drive before.
    In addition, I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 7 times. I have also tried my disk on another Xbox One, but it too does not work. I am at a complete loss regarding this issue, so any help is appreciated!

    I truly enjoy playing the game, however the "Early Leaving Penalty" I receive due to my issue (Coupled with the fact that I am typically not able to play the game) is very disheartening.

    every time i play competitive match my overwatch crash and dont load back to the match and stay in an infinite loading and dont load back to match.

    Same issue here. How is it possible that this bug has not been fixed in five months. My xbox is less than one month old and I bought it to play this game.

    It is a bad joke.

    No idea if it is specific to Netgear routers but have not been able to fix the problem. System resets, router port forwarding also not helping.

    If not for Battlefield 1 I would seriously be regretting the console purchase.

    I have the exact same problem. This is the first time I've seen somebody else say the same exact thing. I haven't tried a different xbox at my house yet tho. IDK what it is, but if you find out how to fix it, could you message me or report back here?
