Overwatch ERROR bc-101

Its funny my girlfriend and I have 2 Xbox Ones. We have two tvs mounted side by side. I can get into the game just fine and she is getting error BC-101. When we were playing the new doom. I couldn't hardly connect to online servers and she could connect
100% of the time. I just want a game we can both play 100% of the time and not have any issues other than CoD... Sigh first world problems.



Has as anyone found a solution?

Sorry to hear that you were unable to play Overwatch—hopefully we can fix that! Are you still experiencing issues connecting? Servers can sometimes be wonky. Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps for

experiencing slow performance when playing Xbox One games?

We also highly recommend power cycling your network devices once more. You can do this by unplugging the modem and the router if you're using one, leave it unplugged for 15-20 seconds, then plug everything back in.

Power cycling your Xbox One console couldn't hurt either.

Overwatch error BC-101

I have a problem on xbox one.I try to enter in overwatch,but i get error BC-101.How can i fix it?Please help me!

 

I have the BC-101 issue but its on both our xbox's. I hade the same issue on one yesterday but it was because i logged into one earlier b4 the servers went down. I think its due to when you try to connect. Have you been able to log out / log in on the account
thqt works?

 

Have been getting this error code for the past 24hrs unable to find any solutions to this anywhere on here battle.net or google and even tried chatting to one of the technical guys at Battle.net and he was clueless. Getting quite angry now as my son having
saved up for months to buy this game managed an hour on it yesterday before it crashed and since then have been unable to connect at least and just constantly getting this error message. He managed to play the beta with no issue at all. Somebody at Blizzard
or Microsoft needs to sort his problem out as a matter of urgency

To start things out, can you please clarify what your detailed network statistics are showing up as under network settings? Just want to see what your network speeds are showing up as on your Xbox One. Thanks!

 

At the home page I closed OverWatch from the start button. Then reopened. It seemed to fix the problem

This seems to be a recurring problem, as I get it every now and again, too.

Try unplugging your router/modem and Xbox One for 30 seconds, then reconnect and try again. If it persists, try it for 5 minutes. This is called a power cycle, and it helps to cool down and refresh misbehaving hardware.

If all else fails, try looking on one of the networking problem forums. Otherwise Overwatch and battle.net could be having issues.
