    Overwatch does not recognize my Live Gold membership


    Yesterday I bouth 12 months of EA Access and Live Gold. Since adding them to my account I've desperately tried to play Overwatch but it refuses to start and asks me to sign up for Live Gold.

    I've tried to perform a hard reset of the console, removing+adding my account at the console, unplugged it from internet and more - but without any progress what so ever Overwatch does not recognize my Live Gold membership :(

    Please let me know if there is anything more I can do.

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:
