Overwatch Discount not offered when I click to buy

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently facing issues with the discount not appearing when trying to purchase the Overwatch .But don't worry, just follow the next steps before attempting to complete the purchase.

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Step 3: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

thank you for your reply. When I clicked on the link you sent me, the price after the discount was shown - which is GREAT!, but when I clicked on "buy", microsoft asks me to Add an address that is only within the USA (I am from Europe - Czech Republic), so the account will not let me pay without entering US address.

It's strange that this discount offer would be regionally restricted - I haven't come across that yet. When I change the language in the link you sent me, the price is displayed again without the discount even though it is supposed to be a Deals with Gold item... I am really confused.

I thought it was available for everyone as well (if you mean the discounted 6 month offer). Its on my dash as well but when I click through all I see is 1 month.

I have absolutely the same issue. Bought standard edition, the store offered me the Vault Edition (discount for 22 days and wrote "just for you"). I refunded the standard edition. Just for you offer lasted for 2 days after that and then disappeared, the moment I wanted to buy it.

Now, the New Year discounts are off and I have to buy the game for the full price.

Note: nother it was stated that it was an upgrade! They offered the full Vault Edition with the 72% discount!

You cannot buy the same offer twice, it is a discount for the first purchase.
