    Hello, as some may know the season three of overwatch just ended. I finished in the grandmaster class which gives you 3000 competitive points. When I finished the game said that I only finished in silver and only gave me 200 competitive points. What I'm
    asking for isy competitive points back.

    My console always disconnect from Xbox live

    My console always disconnect from Xbox live while playing any game mode of Overwatch. The problem isn't from my internet connection since my ps4 never does that. Is it overwatch or my xbox the problem? I'm banned in competitive play for this season because
    I'm always disconnected mid-game.

    I am unable to use the contents of the Overwatch new Heroes starter pack despite claiming it.

    My name is Fernando I'm an independent consultant, I'm happy to help.

    For Season 1, after completing the tutorial and hands-on training, Unranked matches will be unlocked, as will access to the 14 heroes available at the start of Overwatch.

    New heroes Sojourn and Junker Queen are part of that pool of auto-unlocked heroes, but you only have until the end of Season 1 to log in and claim them if you're a new Overwatch 2 player, or until the end of Season 2 if you are. a returning player with access to the Founder's Pack.
