Overdue subscription which I never asked for

I bought xbox gamepass for 1$ a month ago just for 1 month. Now when I go to redeem xbox live for my xbox it says I have a suspended payment when I paid for it with a xbox gift card and it wont let me redeem any codes or anything now. I want to cancel
it so I can make purchases again. I asked a"gamer" and they said wait 60 days because Microsoft wont cancel it at all.

Iv got the same prob but with gold......iv money in my xbox bud it wont let me use that to pay ****. Please help xbox ppl

Surely you left the active renewal of the service and at the end it was renewed and since there was no money to pay the next month it does not let you increase the time what you have to do is pay the debt and deactivate the renewal
if you do not want it.

To resolve this issue, use the Contact Us portal to speak to an agent to address the account issue that is blocking the redemption.

Youll have to contact Mkcrosoft directly. Does it give you the ootion for 'support chat' when you gk to the Contact link that XBF Ezra G shared?

I dont see the link she shared but yes Ive done support chat but they say wait 60 days or pay for it and I dont have the means to pay for it as I just bought $30 worth of gold and cant redeem it now
