Overdog App Won't Open

I just downloaded the Overdog app yesterday and I just get a black screen every time I try to open it. I've done everything that was recommended to fix it. Hard reset, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. Nothing is working, which is a shame because I really want
to try this app out. If I could get some help fixing this, that'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I literally spent about an hour last night with Xbox support and the lady had me do a whole bunch of stuff and nothing worked. She just ended up giving me a link to their website and I couldn't even access that. I still can't! It's like they're trying to
block me out or something haha!

 

I've been having the same problem! It used to work fine but in the last week every time I have tried to open Overdog I just get a black screen.
