    For the past few months, I have been charged for both a yearly subscription to Xbox live and a monthly subscription. I cancelled the monthly subscription back in April but it continued to charge me. Tried again but it has done exactly the same. How would
    i go about getting a refund?

    Retro City Rampage not available in AU.

    It's not 'overcharging' really as the costs aren't that high, at most it's $1200.

    recently purchaged fortnite pach at 7.99 but been charged double for it, any idea how to arrange a refund please?

    I would take a look into your Purchase History as well as your Subscriptions. Make sure that you don't have anything set up to Auto-Renew. You can also look into open a Support Ticket

    What if you purchased the game and you were overcharged? Can I be reimbursed for that overcharge so that I am only charged the listed sale price?

    How do i get a refund on in game purchases because the purchase on content didn’t pop up and it still charged my card

    They are the only ones that can assist and fix billing issues etc.
