    Greetings,

    I got overcharged for my Game Pass for PC subscription. It charged R$ 1.00 plus an additional R$ 4.00, which wasn't supposed to exist.

    I upgraded it to the ultimate version and got charged again, even though it's the same price for the first month.

    I was very disappointed, so I cancelled it altogether but the original R$ 1.00 and R$ 4.00 charges remain as debts on my credit card.

    I would like to know how to proceed to get a full refund.

    When filling out the refund request form, be sure to select "Billing error" as the reason for the refund, and then choose "Incorrect price charged". Provide all the relevant details in the text box that appears, so that the refund team can understand the issue you are facing in a better way.
