    overall, i think xbox one support has helped me with absolutley nothing


    i think they're only intention is to determine if there is any mechanical issues in order to find the warranty has expired and another purchase will be made. recently i found out my xbox one s did not come with a hdmi cable, like it was supposed to. also
    ive spent probably close to 4 hours or so with xbox chat support. what a waste of time, i wasted so much i thought id waste more, and say it would be great to chat with someone thats knowledgeable when it comes to all of its capabilities like turning on your
    tv settings, changing inputs, 4k connections, i got the idea they were helping other people and put me off in hopes that id just end chat, since it was completely useless.

    Xbox can´t connect to Xbox live error 80151909

    I've got the same issue for 3 day now. I've tested connectivity and performed all the steps from support page - nothing helped. My colleague has XBOX ONE and he doesn't have such problems with Live Account, so I think this problem
    regarding only the X360 consoles.

    I don't think that's how it works. If a customer has a product that breaks just during or shortly after the warranty, they won't buy a product of the same kind again, as they think the product will just break again and think of it as a waste of money.

    So for Microsoft and support it's for the best if the product works for the customer, so they want to buy more.

    As for your support experience, I guess it comes to what person you're talking to.

    From the few contacts I had with support, they were always helpful and resolved my issue.

    It might be that you were connected to an untrained person that was new in the job, or maybe a disgruntled employee that just quit and is waiting for his cancellation period to end.

    You might have better luck with a different support employee, or maybe have yourself forwarded to a supervisor.

    Hi! I'm sorry you had a poor experience with customer support. I'm confident they try their best to help and don't see where they would benefit from forcing purchases instead of providing assistance that actually helps you.

    So you bought a brand new Xbox One S which was missing the HDMI cable? That sounds a bit odd to be honest and I would contact the retailer in order to let them know/find out if it was really brand new or just sealed again.

    I don't think that's how it works. If a customer has a product that breaks just during or shortly after the warranty, they won't buy a product of the same kind again, as they think the product will just break again and think of it as a waste of money.

    Xbox one streaming with mixer power randomly going off.

    Absolutley Zero official word. Everyone needs to email mixer AND Microsoft daily to fix this.

    This has been an issue for TWO weeks now and they have acknowledged NOTHING. Sadly I have to think this is a problem we are gonna be dealing with for a while....maybe forever.
