    Over charged customer service dreadful


    So for four days I’ve tried to sort out my problem. Son tried to buy one apex bundle last week sed error no payment taken. To find Xbox took it 8times out of my bank and he didn’t receive his bundle. After days of not being able to get thru to a actual person on fone lines as it says error on that to!!! Countless emails webchats refunded requests etc still got absolutely no where no complaint procedure and still £60 pound down appalling customers service and then get a email saying no charges of that kind on my account even tho I sent picture what am I suppose to do

    Here in the community, we are only users trying to help other users. We are not Microsoft or Xbox employees.

    If the Microsoft/Xbox support agent told you that the changes were not made from your account, contact your bank/credit card company and dispute/cancel these charges.

    Usually Microsoft do not refund purchases that did not got linked to your account, so your best option is to call your financial institution.

    I understand your frustration, but we as users here on the community cannot help you even more as we are just users. We do not have access to other users account, billing or purchase information.

    Ah the incredible matchmaking service alert that everyone has but no one at Xbox is acknowledging. Utterly dreadful customer service. Im not paying for a service Im not getting any longer. Shameful.

    Look at YouTube videos and compare the sound. If I had not done that, I wouldn't have realized mine suffered the dreaded disc grinding. (Which Microsoft promptly *** me over and charged me to fix)

    Xbox has really let me down I've been a customer for over 8 years! All they say is our hands are tied go to the forums! Like really wow that is terrible customer service I think it's an excuse to charge 10 bucks!

    My rebate offer was for $50, not $75..

    But I did buy an X1 and most certainly activated it as my home console before July 31st..

    Still haven't received my rebate yet.....
