Over 96 Hours Later My Forza 7 Preorder Credits Have Not Shown Up In My Account

I preordered Forza 7 however I have not received my 5000 credits. I finally received my 10 keys on the last day of the event, however my credits have not yet shown up. Please fix this as I am interested in the preorder punch card credits as well but not
if they won't ever be delivered.

I pre ordered Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition on September 18, 2017.

I have yet to receive my 5000 reward points.

When will they be likely to show up on my account?

You always say allow 96 hours for points to show up.

I think it has been well over 96 hours since my pre order.

No Virtual Keys or Xbox Rewards Credits for Purchase of Forza 7

I purchased Forza 7 on 10/01/17 and have not received my virtual keys or 5000 rewards credits. I waited more than 96 hours for them to be posted before contacting support.

 

Keep in mind that the credits for that offer should show as pending about 96 hours after the offer ended. So it's still too early to see them pending.

 

They don't show as pending, that is the problem.

 

It's too early for them to show as pending. The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the promotion ended. Since it ended on the 20th, there are still a few days before they should show up.
